Vivilia Niken Hastuti, S.Gz, M.Gz lahir di Magetan, Agustus 1995. Saat ini bergabung sebagai dosen tetap Universitas Sahid sejak 2024 – sekarang, tenaga pengajar di Program Studi S1 Gizi Fakultas Teknologi Pangan dan Kesehatan dan mengampu mata kuliah Kimia Dasar, Praktikum Kimia Dasar, Patofisiologi Gizi, Praktikum Metabolisme Gizi, dan Praktikum Dietetika Penyakit Tidak Menular
